A request may contain information such as your contact details, selected construction service, project size, estimated budget, preferred date, and project description.
The App may generate a unique local quote or request ID to help organize your saved requests.
Request statuses displayed within the App, such as "Pending," "In Review," or "Approved," may be used as organizational statuses within the App and should not by themselves be interpreted as a contractual approval, construction commitment, or guaranteed acceptance by AEV CONSTRUCTION LLC.
5. Profile & Activity Center
The Profile section may display information saved locally through your use of the App, including:

The purpose of this section is to make locally stored information easier for you to access and manage.
6. Information Automatically Processed by Third-Party Services
The App may connect to third-party services when necessary to provide certain functionality.
For example, the App may load construction and project images from online image-hosting services.
When content is loaded from a third-party server, that provider may automatically receive technical information normally associated with an internet request, such as an IP address, device or browser information, and request details.
Such information is handled according to the privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider.
7. Images and Online Content
Construction, service, project, team, or other visual content within the App may be loaded from external image sources, including Unsplash-hosted content.
These images are used for visual and informational presentation within the App.
Loading externally hosted content requires an internet connection and may result in a direct connection between your device and the applicable content provider.
8. Maps and External Applications
Certain features may allow you to open external applications or services, such as:

When you choose to use an external application or service, information you provide to that service is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

The App does not require a traditional online account or login to access its primary features.
Profile information entered into the App is intended primarily for local organization and should not be interpreted as creation of an online AEV Construction account unless the App explicitly states otherwise.

Locally stored App information is not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties by the App unless:
- You intentionally choose to share or send information;
- An external service is required to complete an action you initiated;

15. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally by the App generally remains available until it is:
- Deleted through an available App feature;

- Removed by clearing the App's storage or data;

- Otherwise removed through device management features.
Because local information is stored on your device, AEV CONSTRUCTION LLC may not have the technical ability to remotely retrieve or delete that local information.

Reasonable design practices are used to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of information.
However, no electronic storage system, mobile device, network connection, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect access to their devices and avoid entering information they do not want stored locally.

The App is intended for general business and construction-service use and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
We do not intentionally design the App to solicit personal information from children.

Project images, progress indicators, timelines, budgets, safety indicators, service descriptions, status labels, and similar information displayed within the App are provided for informational or organizational purposes.
Information shown in the App should not automatically be interpreted as a legally binding quotation, construction contract, warranty, certification, guaranteed completion date, or guaranteed project outcome unless separately confirmed through an authorized agreement with AEV CONSTRUCTION LLC.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, security, or content of independent third-party services.
